A digital download is an electronic copy of your program or game product and it allows you to access the program or games that you have purchased, downloaded and used immediately. This means that the physical CD or DVD is not included in the purchase. The software is downloaded and installed through cloud-based storage. For example: If you purchase a specific program, you will receive the download link and its key to your email, so you can download and activate the program immediately.

And if you bought a specific game on Steam, for example:

You will only receive a game activation key within the platform, and when you activated it, the platform will allow you to directly access the game.

Once the application is submitted, the program or game is delivered digitally within 12 hours (usually within a few hours) by sending the product key or code and download links via email. Please give up to 12 hours for the product, but in most cases, you will get it within a few hours.

Unfortunately, you are not entitled to cancel an order after completing the payment process.

All programs and games are digital products and include keys or original product codes, so we cannot return the product after sending it to you because you already owned that program or game and key, we cannot cancel the purchase process.

Of course when you buy a product for one user, you are obligated not to use it on more than one device and if you use more than one device this will cause your product to stop completely and we are not responsible for that damage and you cannot return the money or claim compensation.

Upon receiving the activation code, it is preferable to activate the code directly or within a 48-hour period. This helps us in case you find any problem during the activation. Please check the product details when you but it because we write the region in which it works within the product description, and in the absence of details about the region, the product is considered global and works in any region except if your country is prohibited by the manufacturer.

Yes, you can. Our software is complete and legal to update unless it is mentioned in the instructions attached to the program. You can also ask our support team about exceptions.
