Word 2019 is the most powerful document creation tool. From daily Paperwork to official company documents, Word’s functionality covers the full scope of text creation. Also new in this release is improved default ink recognition, which means that writing with a pen directly on the screen can now translate better to typewriting. Voice input has also been improved. Microsoft has also made several detailed improvements: SVG graphics, for example, allow to combine of complex image documents without requiring much memory. Scaling and other image processing measures are also successful in this regard.

For businesses, Access 2019 provides an efficient solution for creating and managing all types of databases. The new version supports creating database applications that run directly in the browser and thus are particularly minimal. Then the data stored in SQL databases ends, for example, where there is secure access. Publisher 2019 improves the publishing capabilities of graphics of any kind: for presentations, ads, flyers, magazines, and businesses. Microsoft has significantly improved both programs in Office 2019 Professional Plus to extend pen recognition in Publisher and speed up collaboration with colleagues on databases in Access.

When working with spreadsheets, Excel 2019 continues to offer its best features: In this release, Excel offers tables of all kinds from accounting and product databases to tax return entries and their companies. In a better way. Among other things, new representations of visual information have been added, and more mathematical functions have been integrated by default. What remains is the excellent compatibility with CSV files. Likewise, PowerPoint 2019 now offers the option to incorporate Ultra-HD recordings directly into presentations, as well as freely scale graphics and zoom in and out images. This makes it easy to dispense with external image processing.

Outlook 2019 continues to grant access to all stored contacts and email addresses. Especially in offices connected to the Exchange server, this provides a great opportunity to keep information about clients and partners always updated. Across all software, Office 2019 Professional Plus provides a tried and tested interface that has been integrated into every application for more than a decade. Thus the workflow extends across every application and is very similar everywhere – whether in Word, Excel, Outlook, or PowerPoint.

Microsoft limits Office 2019 Professional Plus to Windows 10. This means that none of the included software is compatible with an older version of Windows. Moreover, this suite of software is a wholly owned license of the buyer. It can be used after the time of purchase for an indefinite period, without other subscriptions. Microsoft guarantees support for all versions of Office 2019 for at least five years on all types of devices.
