Delivery for Digital Product and Digital Keys<\/strong><\/p>
Product keys are emailed out within 1 ~ 12 or 24 hours depending on the desired product, of purchase if ordered between 8:00 am – 9:59 pm Eastern Time, 7 Days a week, 365 days a year.<\/p>
Please give up to 48 Hours if you have not received your email with the product code and instructions.<\/p>
If 24 Hours have passed since the time of purchase, and you have not received your product keys, please email us at support@softgamepc.com with your name or order number, and we will reply right away to your email and we gonna give you the status for your order.<\/p>
Shipping costs <\/strong>All shipments are digital and send by e-mail, you do not pay any additional costs for the product.<\/p>

Guaranteed to work or 100% replacement or refund for Digital Software Goods dispatched within the 30 day warranty period with supporting evidence such as a unaltered screenshot or having our specialist remote desktop to verify a claim to combat fraud.<\/p>
If there is any problem with Microsoft products, it will require supporting evidence with a Microsoft error code accompanied by screenshots that are not modified for this problem.<\/p>
